2. To maintain weight, track in accordance to your maintenance calorie

3. To reduce bodyfat, reduce your calories by 500 – 1000 below your maintenance calories

4. To gain weight, increase your calories by 250 – 500 calories above your maintenance calories

5. Download your free ‘MyFitnessPal’ app and track your calories

6. Measure for success every two weeks to track your progress
