Signs your metabolism is slow...

  1. Difficulty losing weight- have you ‘tried everything’ or only look at cake and gain weight?

  2. Low energy- your body isn’t efficiently producing and burning energy (aka calories).

  3. Constipation- when your metabolism slows down, so does your digestion.

  4. Brain fog- the gut and brain and super-connected. If your gut is sluggish because your metabolism is sluggish you’re probably going to have brain fog too.

  5. Serious cravings- cravings might mean nutritional deficiency or blood sugar balance. As soon as you sort your metabolism the cravings will shift.

  6. Low sex drive- All of the above have a serious knock-on effect on your sex hormones and can leave you with low libido.


As I’m sure you well know, lacking energy and having brain fog and cravings, makes it much more difficult to gain control.
