Important Mindset Shift

You just want to be able to lose weight without fixating on how good or bad every meal is and without feeling guilty all the time. If your diet is leaving you feeling like this, it is not a long-term solution. You will not be able to sustain results for long when feeling like this. Here’s the thing, short-term solutions get short-term results. What if… Losing weight looked like… Adding stuff in, instead of cutting stuff out… What if instead of focusing on the stuff you can’t have… You focused on all the stuff your body needs to thrive? Focusing on cutting calories or food groups is a fine line to tread because we need a certain amount of calories, carbs, fats and proteins to function optimally. Cut them back too far and it’s hello metabolic downregulation, plateaus and rebounds weight gain. Instead, focus on adding nourishing foods that provide your body with everything it needs to repair and function optimally to build a strong metabolism. This is a very important mindset shift
