The Reality:

To Breakfast or not to Breakfast - Neither ‘Option’ is more beneficial for your ‘Health'.

It’s simply a Personal Preference.

Not going to lie, I’m a Brekky lover & get excited at the thought of waking up to a pair of perfect boiled eggs 🤤

⠀⠀

However, if you prefer to start your morning without Food...

That’s all right too.

Donut 🍩 Stress.

There’s no need to force-feed a bowl of WeetBix when you’re not hungry nor feel ‘Guilty’ for being a ‘Breakfast Skipper’.

In the end you’re actually just choosing to ‘Break’ your ‘Fast’ at a later time. ⠀⠀

⠀⠀

Eating Breakfast (Eating a few hours upon waking) Does NOT: ⠀⠀

⠀⠀

🙅🏼‍♀️ Kick-Start your Metabolism ⠀⠀

(Our Metabolism is a constant bodily function - It doesn’t need a ‘Kick-Start’ - Our Metabolism keeps us alive - If it ‘Stopped’ - You’d die 💀)⠀⠀

🙅🏼‍♀️ Keep you out of ‘Starvation Mode’ ⠀⠀

(This Mystical ‘Mode’ Doesn’t Exist 🦄)⠀⠀

🙅🏼‍♀️ Improve Your ‘Fat Loss’ ⠀⠀

(Only your overall Energy Balance will dictate ‘Fat Loss / Gain’ - Not your Breakfast / Lack of Breakfast Consumption ⚖️ )⠀⠀

⠀⠀

Eat Breakfast or Don’t Eat Breakfast.

It’s your choice.

There may be a whole heap of ‘Pro’s & Cons’ with either ‘Option’ depending on your Individual Lifestyle (Health Status, Habits, Appetite, Work, Exercise etc) & your Personal Preferences.

Experiment.

What actually makes YOU feel best?

(This can of course change from Day to Day too).

As always. Let me know if this makes sense & if you have any Questions.
