Making a Positive Impact

MyFitLab was launched by Marie Farren, providing a fully qualified, registered and insured Local Personal Training Service, GP Referral Scheme and Online Coaching Services.

Having spent most of my life dieting, I tried every diet under the sun and failed.  As I got older everything I previously did no longer worked.  Everything changed for me when I became a Personal Trainer, I did not only learn to transform my body, but my health.  I got stronger, I got leaner and it improved my sleep, digestion, mood, energy, skin and balanced my hormones.  You will never feel like you are going through this alone.  I will be coaching you every single day to help transform your body and your mindset through positive daily actions.

MyFitLab's aim is to help people from all levels of fitness, ages and abilities to achieve their goals, powered by education and instilling a mentality that will help you believe in yourself, giving you the confidence to become a better version of yourself both physically and mentally.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Strength and conditioning is a great way to transform your body and get huge results, whether your an athlete or amateur, expert or just starting out. It encompasses so much more than just lifting weights and focuses on a variety of tools to improve movement, health and physical performance.


The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape. 

12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION

Get the attention and support you need to lose weight and learn to keep it off. Body Transformation is about getting structure, learning proper technique, gaining confidence and seeing results. This is the first step to a permanent lifestyle change.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Having played competitive women's football, training, whether it be sports specific, or general strength training requires a thorough understanding of the individual. The sport in question and nutritional requirements. I will cover all of the fundamental areas of training, helping you to develop in the gym and within your given sport by adopting the correct nutritional approach and recovery systems
